Why we made the AeroSpreader S80?
For more than 40 years, we’ve been solving feeding problems for hatcheries, ponds, and sea cages around the world. The AeroSpreader™ series and Aero-Flow™ technology are the result of that mission — to make feeding simpler, smarter, and more sustainable.
Aquaculture feeding was broken
Traditional augers and conveyors grind feed into dust, clog machines, and waste money. Farmers lose efficiency, fish health suffers, and downtime eats into margins.
We built Aero-Flow™ to fix that.
Instead of forcing pellets through screws and tight clearances, our Canadian-engineered system uses air to pull feed gently into the stream. Pellets stay intact, machines stay running, and operators spend less time fighting breakdowns.

Controlled Broadcast
A one-piece cast-aluminum impeller, CNC-balanced and mounted directly to the engine, eliminates belt slippage and power loss. Every turn of the motor translates into steady, predictable airflow for uniform feed broadcast.
Ergonomic Levers
Two hand-positioned levers let operators adjust blower speed and feed rate independently. This fingertip control makes it simple to fine-tune feed volume and throw distance for any pen or pond.
Predictable Performance
By decoupling airflow from pellet delivery, the S80 ensures repeatable, consistent feeding patterns. Operators avoid over- or under-feeding zones, making coverage planning and feed budgeting more accurate.
